Worker cooperatives are businesses owned and managed democratically by its members, who are worker-owners. Worker Co-ops are less vulnerable to economic shocks, offer improved working conditions with less turnover than in traditional business models, and tend to be greener and more sustainable because of a concern for the broader community. For us, having a say in our workplace and a commitment to ongoing training for ourselves ensures that we provide the best quality of services for our clients within the context of a just workplace environment.
